Collaborating Against

Primary Liver Cancer

The incidence of liver cancer is rapidly increasing with limited early diagnosis and no treatment for late stage disease.

800,000

people die from primary liver cancer every year globally.

Our approach

The Liver Cancer Collaborative is a multidisciplinary collaboration between experts from Australian and international research institutes, universities and teaching hospitals

Together we are working to beat primary liver cancer.

Our vision

Through meaningful collaboration, we will develop a world-leading comprehensive liver cancer biobank that will drive the advancement of liver cancer research and treatment and a precision medicine approach to patient care.

We will invigorate the global effort to improve systemic treatments for primary liver cancer by providing access to the world’s most comprehensive dataset from diagnosis to late stage liver cancer.
